SUGAR®
SUGAR® stands for Sugar Use General Assessment Recording. It is an instrument to assess and map if there is a pathological eating patterns wiht sugar / flour according to ICD-10 criteria for alcohol and drug addiction (International Classificationof Diseases and Related Health Problems).
With the SUGAR® interviews, you will get a clear picture of the negative consequences caused by loss of control over certain foods such as sugar / flour. You will also receive recommendations for appropriatemeasures based on the above diagnostic criteria, you will see the develop of the disease and other relevant information.
When you do a SUGAR® we will schedular an interview. Beforehand you will fill in some forms to help us get a description of you as a person. The interview will take place on Zoom for 1.5 hour where you will answer 60-70 questions regarding your consumption of food and sugar. After the interview, we will compile all the information into documents and charts.
We will schedule a time again on Zoom to go through these documents together with you to see if there is a pathological use to sugar. You will then receive an answer as to whether it is a harmful use or a pathological use to sugar / flour. Moreover, you will get recommendations on how to take care of the addiction and see where you are in your process.
Practical information
Price: €300 including VAT for private individuals and excluding VAT for companies. SUGAR® is always included when you take the STOP Sugar treatment.
We work with Zoom where you as a client can call in via your computer, Ipad or phone. We will share on our screen so that you can see the interview with questions and view the documents as we go through them with you.
