When we mention 'sugar', we are referring to sweets, bread, pasta, chocolate, soft drinks, buns, cakes, and other carbohydrate-rich foods. In some cases, individuals may even overindulge in large quantities of regular food.

STOP Sugar - The first step to treat your sugar addiction

The goal of the STOP Sugar treatment is to live a life free from the obsession with sugar and food. To learn what recovery feels like and what to do for your continued sobriety and sugar free life. Our treatment includes the following:

  • SUGAR
  • 18 sessions spread out over the course of 9 weeks. 
  • 1.5 hour session which will give support and knowledge to move forward  
  • Treatment folder with a general Meal Plan and Biochemical Repair 
  • Access to the website via login with information, assignments and further knowledge. 
  • Coaching conversation at the end of the treatment for further treatment plan
