You'll soon receive an invitation to your initial SUGAR® assessment via Zoom, alongside two foundational guides: a general Meal Plan and insights into Biochemical Repair. These documents mark the first steps towards personalizing your path to overcoming sugar dependence, crafting a meal plan and recovery strategy that resonates with your unique needs.
Our journey together unfolds in a supportive virtual space on Zoom. The initial three weeks are designed to provide you with robust support, meeting three times a week as we lay the groundwork for your recovery. As you grow stronger and more stable, we'll transition to two sessions a week for the next fortnight, gradually moving to a weekly session in the final phase of your treatment.
This gradual reduction reflects your progress, building towards a newfound stability in your relationship with sugar.
An integral session includes your loved ones, offering them insights and understanding to bolster their support for you. You're encouraged to invite those who matter most to you, creating a shared foundation of support.
As we near the end of your treatment, a personalized coaching session awaits, crafted to outline a continued action plan tailored just for you, ensuring the sustainability of your journey beyond our time together.
Throughout this course, you'll gain access to a private online community—a space for sharing, learning, and connecting with others who are on the same path, both during and after the course.
